"living with aids" is so weird. Sounds like a roomate. What happened to simply "with aids"? Anyone else find this language odd?

what words to you recommend GD? AIDS afflicted/AIDS patients sounds terrible....with AIDS? doesn't that sound incomplete?

i find this very interesting as well. i hadn't heard of cartograms before. very useful tools. i find it amazing that some of the smaller countries in population have higher GDP than some of the countries with more people. These cartograms make the world look disproportionate in obscene ways...

D, doesn't it seem weird that the word "living" is stuck in there? Why doesn't it just say "people with aids". That they're living is pretty obvious. Otherwise it would say "aids deaths" or similar.
Why does aids patients "sound terrible"?
