debbyski says: I can personally vouch for this one! I should have been hospitalized as sick as I was with both my girly girls during the first trimester, instead my doc just got pissed that I was losing so much weight. His nurse Cratchett (the little snitch) would always run and tell him that omg she has lost even more weight and then I would get the lecture that he didn't tell many women this debby and that was to EAT. And you better believe that I made it up my second and third trimester I had a miscarriage then a daughter and then a son. During all my pregnancies I never had morning sickness except for one day in the second and third pregnancies. On that one single day I couldn't stand the smell of anything, I had a headache but I never threw up (yuk). I wasn't pregnant long enough with the first one to get that sick day. But I did know what sex my daughter and son were going to be anyway. Sorry Debbyski...the worse morning-sickness I had was with my first! the BOY!!! Third...baby girl was a breeze. Maybe it has to do with hormones. :~) Doesn't everything??? I've heard that if you do have morning sickness, you are less likely to have a miscarriage Tany, but I don't know if that's true or not. Who knows Jatfla? All I know is that I was sick as a dog. I used to have to put one foot out of the bed in the morning for like 5 minutes before getting out of bed and then I learned the little eat crackers trick. During my second pregnancy, I worked out through it all and while I was at the gym I would take crackers and eat just a little bit of them. One day I was eating the crackers and this guy asked me if I had an ulcer. I said "Yeah, and it's growing every day! The look on his face was priceless Pop for Dski's comments Wow, girls really can't get along with each other, literally... JK That was a good one debby. I can say that you women don't hold the exclusive on morning sickness.I had it with all the kids I shared and all I got was 3 lousy support payments ! just wanted to hurl that out there ! LOL @ debby! Nope, just the opposite...not one day of sickness and a baby girl. She's now 11 and is giving me loads more grief than when she was gestating!! |
