The Camel is probably Palestine that is going where where a Camel would generally go (Where ever it likes) While Arafat is riding high the reins tied to the saddle. (Camels are unclean according to Jewish law) Another good thing about this picture is the way the faces are recognizable the artist has posed them in a way that represents the reason they became icons.
