Politics aside, the modern obsession with excessive cleanliness is resulting in children with weaker immune systems. The early baby boomers didn't grow up in Lysol-saturated homesand turned out fine. I once read somewhere that people who obsessively sanitize actually spread more germs with sponges and washcloths than people who don't.

Maybe there's a market for farms converted to B&Bs for prregnant women.
